Baggage door did not fit properly after I riveted the under-skin on the door. (Twisted) I had to drill the rivets back out and temp install the skin with clecos so it fit better. This was AFTER I drilled the plastic lock blocks out. I had some material in the shop I was able to remake the blocks.
Now the door closes and sits flush with the rest of the skin. Then I riveted the remaining fwd skin down.
