According to the prop governer instructions, the mount bolts need to protrude 1.25" for secure mounting... the studs in the block were only 1" long. they had to come out.. and of course with a fight. I had to carefully remove each one, making sure not to break them off in the block. after a few hours, they all were out and the new studs were in.
the control arm was not quite where I wanted it to be so i had to cut the safety wire and loosen the top so I can rotate the control head. They are not safety wired yet since I still need to mount the bracket. I need to remove the injector line first to get it all aligned.
