Brief Description: Building and levelling wing bench
Orginal bench work was topped with MDF which was water damaged and wrapped. Bought two Rack IT benches (1800 x 900 x 650mm), Made workbench top from 2400 x 1200 x 12mm marine 5 ply. The levelling was accomplised with 1 by 50 x 10 mm setscrews, washers and 2 x nuts in each corner of the workbench. It was expensive compared to just replacing the MDF board, but the humidity is high (80-95% most of the time) and as I want to build another aircraft I can use one side for the wings and the other to jig the fuselage.
