Continued de burring, I broke the sharp edges off the metal components with a belt grinder (Linisher) and sanded the flat surfaces to ensure they were flat. I will need to countersink some of the holes as I missed them before. Tomorrow I will bag the components and label them in accordance with the plans. Hopefully they will not corrode.
Note: Soaking in vinegar works well, but, the centre section brackets which wer badly corroded and are now clean as. Strated getting rust staining in about 30 mins form being taken out of the vinegar. I clened it off and drowned the part in WD-40 which works well.
