Brief Description: Making the dual brake mounting plates 2
After drilling the rivet holes I set the countersink for the rivet head using a 100 degree counter sink to the depth of the rivet head. I deburred the backing plate, As I had three to do the process got easier as I moved to the next backing plate. I set the lock nuts using a cleco to hold the slippery little suckers in place and squeezed the rvivets checking against the test gauges as I went to ensure that they were correct. After I completed the squeezing process, I cut the backing foam roughly to size.
