Made some nylon spacers using cutting board material and turning them on the SABC lathe. 5/16 hole in the centre to allow for the -5 bolt that I will be mounting the brake handles to. I also made some sleeve bearings for the brake handles to reduce wear of the actuating handles againist the pivot bolt.
