First I set the reflexor at neutral stroke to elimnate any chance of control mismatch. I then leveled the aileron bellcrank and used a sprit level to set stick neutral. Following the builders manual I assemble the CS 5 and CS12 pushrods and adjusted the female ends to set the specifed up and down travel (25 degrees max) Figures are for the left wing down position. Once I had the correct travel I replaced the locknuts and tighten them in accordance with the builders manual and AC 43.13.1B table 7-1.
