Brief Description: Making and fitting fuselage jioning tabs
Rvieted the nutplates (K1000-3 and solid rivets (An426AD3-5) to the securing tabs. The job went faster once I trimmed the rivets to 2 d of the length above the nutplate iaw AC43.13-1B (1/4'' approx grip length). I knew that I would have to do this as I could only estimate the rivet length when ordering. I fitted the brackets (x 10) iaw page 15-2 of the builders manual and tensioned them to 20 inch pounds iaw AC43.13-1B Table 7-1.
