De burred the drilled holes in the metal components. Removed the centre lift strut mounting plates to de burr the holes and saok in vinegar to remove surface corrosion. Interestingly there were four hole /screws in the rear "spar" mountings and three in the front. I will need to confirm this in the plans and adjust if needed. One rib has come away in the rear section while two others are loose at the rear spar face. I will clean them and the spars and reattach them with fresh expoxy.
