The main wing panels are 6 ft. long each. The leading edge is going to be entirely tank. The main spar has been upgraded to my own design wich is entirely different from Vans. The ribs get riveted to the rear spart web prior to the final spar assembly. This allows for solid rivets to get installed instead of cherrymax rivets. They nearly always seem to work loose, it's just a matter of time. The main spar has both a forward and a rear spar web along with the 6 laminations off upper and lower spar cap strips. The dimension of the spar is identical to the RV-3 but is should be many, many times stronger.
