Here are all the spar components being primed prior to drilling the spar on the hurco. Image 2 shows the ribs being fitted to the rear spar and rear web of the forward spar. The ribs are solid rivited to the rear web of the main spar prior to the main spar being rivited together.
I decided to install the fuel tank "z" channel fittings prior to installing the top sking this time. On the right wing I did not do this and I think it is going to be much harder to do with the top skin installed. Sometimes in order to figure out the perfect way to do something, you first must discover the wrong way!
