STill trying to get the joggle/clearance in the skin right to relieve any pressure on the canopy when the sides get drawn in with the screws. I've since opened the slots in the pictured area further forward and now the plex will sit down fine on the frame. I then read the directions to decide how to proceed with drilling holes. I decided to drill the holes in the aluminum frame with a #40 bit and then drill through the plex to the already drilled hole in the frame. I ground a # 40 bit to a better lead angle to be used in the plex.
