Mounted the control sticks and push rods today. I worked along time trying to adjust the sticks so they were vertical when the elevator was neutral. When I got to that point, the rod end bearing on the forward end of the small control rod wouldn't let the elevator go to the down stop. The bearing was interfering with the WD-610 control column where it connects. After alot of head scratching, I gave up and decided to do some more research. I did drill the passenger stick for a method of easy removal. I will use a Quick Release pin to hold the stick to the assy. when it's needed. I'm not putting any switches in the passenger stick so it will be fairly easy.
