I finished amkeing the slots for the canpyu latch in the side skin today. It finally came down to filling and patience. I fabbed the C-712's and started fitting the latch into the side skin. I used some UHMW tape that I had which was .010" thick. I used one piece on each C-712 plus a piece of electrical tape, .007", and sanwiched it all together to drill the holes from the side skin to the C-712's. Worked like a champ. When I took it apart, deburred and counter sunk them, I put it back together without the electrical tape.
