Yesterday I hosted EAA Chapter 351 at my shop. We had a really good turnout and I had my 3rd TC visit. I used Mr. Alan Williams who is an instructor at Ozark Aviation School. He looked over both the fuselage and wings and pronounced my work as excellent. I'm not so sure about that, but he's very particular and while he's never built an RV, he has built several planes, so I'm happy.
Today I worked on match drilling the gear legs to the sockets. I had already purchased a .3115 ream so other than getting them together lined up, it wasn't too big of a deal. I spent more time worrying about it and trying to figure out how to get them clamped to the drill press than actually doing it.
