Today, after many calls, I finally got ahold of Craig Catto. We discussed several things about speeds and climb along with spacers. He put me in touch with Sabre as he's of the opinion and he convinced me that the one that Van's keeps isn't as good as the deluxe one from Sabre. Part of the reason, I've found, is that the deluxe from Sabre is quite a bit more money. Around $500. But that's with all the bolts for spacer to engine and spacer to prop. So it's really not that bad. Anyway, when all was said and done, I place an order with Catto for a 3 blade 66 x 70 prop. It's due to me in September, whidh is sooner that I"ll probably need it but he's been known to take 11 months.
