Today I fabbed both the aileron bellcrank to aileron rods. I elected to tig weld the ends in. It worked out very well. I had read where several had trouble with the rivets and clearance through the rear spar and I had the ability so I just welded them in. I also mounted the Trio Autopilot servo bracket and fit the bellcrank. I fabbed the spacers that are used to mount the aileron made from 5/16 tubing. I used the lathe to get them the correct length. The lathe is really coming in handy as I also used it to ream the bellcrank bushing to the correct size.
