Today I fabbed all the little pcs. for the left flap and began assembly. I had to modify my flat table, which is made of 2 pcs. of 3" Aluminum channel and mdf. I couldn't get the spar clecoes close enough to the front edge to allow the clecos in the bottom skins to clear the channel that's keeping everything really flat. That took about an hour to remedy, then things went pretty well. I got to the point of putting on the outboard nose skin and it just won't line up with the spar holes. They are over a hole diameter off. I studied it for about 45 minutes then decided to look on the web some and see what I could learn. Hopefully, by tomorrow evening I'll have it figured out. The fuselage is due to ship this week.
