This evening I started by back riveting the stiffners on the top and bottom skins. Then match drilled the bottom skin on the assy and deburred and dimpled it. When I turned it over to put the top skin on I discovered that I had dimpled the wrong side of the top skin. I deliberated over it a little while and decided that the only way to fix it was to get a new skin. I will order it tomorrow and ask them to ship it with the fuselage that's supposed to ship the last week of January. After kicking myself quite hard, I drilled the stiffners off carefully to save them and was successful at that at least.
