Brief Description:  Finished Right tank prep

Today I finished getting the right tank ready to seal. I did the access plate, filler neck, stiffners, attach plates and angles. I countersunk the other half of the baffle holes. All that's left to do is dimple, then I'm ready to start sealing. I had two visitors today, Tim Pethol from Coffee Springs whose building an "8" and a friend from work and his son. I also cleaned the shop up after all the drilling and countersinking. In reality, I probably only worked on the tank for about 4 hours. Tim brought his bicycle pump down for me to use to test the left tank. When I mix up the first batch of proseal for the right tank, I will also proseal the access plate on the left wing. Hopefully that will happen yet this week. I'm off the week between Christmas and New Years' so maybe I can get the top skins on. The fuselage should be here the last week in January.
