I have had a strange feeling all week about the access plate that I got prepared on Sunday. I've thought all week that something was wrong with it and finally figured it out this evening. I put the nut plates on the "outboard" side of the access plate per the instructions, or so I thought. Anyway, now that the proseal is set I've discovered that they intended the nut plates should be on the inside of the tank which is the "outboard" (as far as the wing is concerned) side of the access plate. I e-mailed Van's to ask about it. I really believe it will be fine and that it isn't a problem, but I know it's not correct and I'm having trouble with it. I may order a new access plate and try to figure out how to break the proseal grip.Update: Van's said it was alright, but I'm changing it anyway.
