Brief Description:  Riveting RIbs in Left Tank

This evening, I mixed up a small batch of proseal to rivet the ribs in the left tank. We started by gathering all tools and verifying which bucking bars would be needed. Reva removed every other cleco in all the ribs and I cleaned any remaining proseal from the dimple, cleaned them with MEK and then dabbed a little proseal in one rib at a time. Reva inserted the rivets, which had been cleaned also with MEK, then I riveted them. We continued this process on all the interior ribs untill completed. We took a little break and I cleaned up the mess from wet riveting and then set up the squeezer to do the end ribs, following the same procedure. The net result is that one tank is ready to be finished and the baffle installed. I'm out of town until Sunday so when I get back, I'll look all the ribs over, mix up a little proseal and cover the shop heads of the rivets.
