Tonite I started prosealing. I just couldn't put it off any longer. I have been dreading this part from the beginning. I used a method called "fay sealing" that has been discussed on the internet alot and after talking to the fellow that brought it up originally, I decided that was the way to do it. I started this evening by roughing up and cleaning the places for the stiffners, filler neck, and drain flange and then mixed up about 40cc's of proseal and went at it. Reva came out and helped by putting in the clecos after I smeared the proseal on both parts. It really wasn't too bad. Tomorrow I'll rivet these parts sometime and seal in the ribs. I don't expect that to go as well, but we'll see.Tomorrow I'll take some pictures.
