I finished match drilling the W907-E so the rear spar is ready to prime. I think I'm going to prime all the wing ribs, except the tank ribs, before fitting and match drilling. I don't know how that will work, but I think a little rattle can primer on the affected areas will be sufficient. I just hate to mix up a little batch of the wash primer. We're going to try it and see anyway.Finished all the deburring on the ribs and drilled holes in all for the electrical conduit. Also, since I'm going to use the Dynon AOA/Pitot tube, I drilled another hole below the existing hole for the pitot line. It will take two to take advantage of the AOA function. I happened to have quit a few plastic bushings already so I'll take advantage of them to use instead of ordering from Van's or McMaster-Carr.Everything is ready for a coat of primer in the morning. I need to get it primed tomorrow as there's just not enough light in the evening now that fall is approaching.
