Returned to work today to try and get the elevators finished so I can start on the wings.I finished drilling, c/sinking and preping the trailing edges of the L and R elevator. Then went to work on the dreaded trim tab that seems to be a frequent problem area. I had previously fabricated the horns for the electric trim but had not attached them. Finished bending the end tabs which was much easier than everyone says. Maybe my background in sheet metal work is paying off.Anyway, at the close of the day, all trailing edges and the foam wedges for the trim tab are pro-sealed in place and curing.Hopefully the I'll get to rivet them this week.
