Continued work on the left elevator and trim tab. Prepared electric trim brackets and associated hardware. Countersunk trim spar on the top side. Finished fitting and dimpling counterbalance skins and ribs. All elevator parts, except trim tab, are ready to prime. It was too cold and windy today to do any priming. Will have to wait until next weekend to do it. In the mean time, I'll make the "bending brake" as described in the instructions, to get the trim tab bent correctly. Also will work on the foam ribs for the tab. Nearing completion on the empennage now and the wings are due to be shipped 2/20 so I should be ready. I'm not planning on working on the fiberglass tips until the wings are done.
