Brief Description:  Countersink holes & fashion double plate for VS100

Partially disassembled rear spar assembly after countersinking the commone holes with the skin except for the ones marked in step 5. Dimpled the holes above the countersunk ones in the rear spar

Created a doubler plate for VS1006 and drilled a 3/4" hole in the middle of the plate and in VS1006. Created 4 rivet holes to hold onto the doubler plate. The 3/4" hole is for the conduit that will run in the forward ribs of the VS. Images 2 & 3 show the hole for the conduit.

Also evident in Image 2 & 3 are the fluting done to make sure the rib nose doesn't dent the skin. the forward segment was trimmed done earlier.
