Further disassembled the VS skeleton and deburred all the holes in the VS ribs. Once each one's deburr was complete, the holes where dimpled. However, there are 18 holes on the bottom ribs that were marked in step 5 to avoid dimpleling. Those were not dimpled.
As for VS1001, VS skin dimple error, the advice fom Van's is as follows: " For this you will need to deburr the mistaken hole so there is no chance of cracking at a later point. After that you can drive the rivet as normal. If you would like you can also add a new rivet to each side of the mistaken dimple."
WhatI have done is deburred the extra hole and I will drive a rivet as normal. The extra hole portion will just need to be sealed / filled at paint time.
