Brief Description: Initial vertical stabilizer rear spar

Rear spar end caps constructed. Spar end caps cut from aluminum angle using bandsaw and used the scotch brite grinder wheel to finish the caps. Matched drill spar caps with rear spar. Used short nose cleco clamps to keep bow under control.
