Clecoed the skins to the horizontal stab, alignment seems to be reasonably good, it's amazing how accurate the holes have been punched in all of the parts. It does however look like I have at least two rib flanges adjacent to the fwd spar just a little low, dimpling the skins slightly so I'll remove the skins & try to get a better flange alignment.
