Brief Description:  Right Wing

This morning started with me checking the torque of the main spar fasteners at the root end, one was a little below 60"lb & when all was correct I applied torque seal to the nuts. I manufactured & alodined a doubler for the bottom skin support angle of rib 4 as when the skin was fitted, the holes in the angle needed opening up by just under 1/2 hole, this will ensure the rivets have plenty of meat to grip when installed. I then trial fitted the top skins hoping the rib flanges would be a better fit than the left wing, sadly they are not. Ribs 5, 6 & 7 will require a lot of work to raise the fwd 1/3 of the flanges by up to 3 mm. Most of the other ribs require work as well. Guess how my day will be spent tomorrow.
