This morning I retrieved the propeller hub, spacer & spinner from storage & commenced formulating a plan for aligning the cowl, I'm going to attempt to manufacture a jig that will bolt to the rear of the spacer's forward flange, aligning & spacing the cowl behind the spinner. I think it's worth the time to at least try this method, we'll see how it goes. I thought the top cowl may have been trimmed too short on the left side at the factory but it seems I have about 10mm to spare.
