Started installing the right side window today, the small tabs remaining on the skin from cutting the blank out were removed using small edge snips then I filed the skin edge smooth. Both windows were missing 3 rivet holes each in addition to two areas of the window edge requiring a clearance indent from rivets, this was done very carefully with a twist drill modified for drilling acrylic & a small file. I still need to clean up the left side skin edge before testing the fit of that window. I think the holes in the acrylic are a bit small, the 3.2mm rivets are a tight fit & I fear that may cause cracking of the acrylic, I'll consider opening them up to 3.5mm. The final installation will be a two person job.
