Today I managed to complete sanding the fuselage rivets, next step is to fill those that need a second coat & re-sand. In the future I'll ensure I stop using the resin before it starts to set, hopefully allowing any trapped air to escape the hole. I'm using a 2 inch diameter, air driven orbital sander with a P120 grit disc for most of the work. P120 is a little too agressive, P180 would be better so I need to be very careful, the tool is running on only 20 PSI air pressure. For tight spots & counter sunk rivets, I'm using a flexible shaft attachment on the Dremel tool with a 20mm diameter, P180 sanding disc.
