Today I manufactured 4 doublers, 2 for the front fuselage skin doublers as directed by factory draughtsman Armin as a fix for the lack of alignment with the bottom skin & 2 to replace skin doublers the factory supplied back in June with the undercarriage mount modification parts. Lots of templating, measuring & trial fitting finally got there. I'll be able to retain the original rivet & rivnut positions for ease of fitting the wing/fuselage fairing skin.
