I started the day by deburring the parts for the canopy slide support assemblies. I soon discovered that quite a lot of holes had not been drilled/stamped at the factory so lots of measuring, drilling, countersinking & deburring again required to remedy that. One of the canopy slides itself had not been drilled & countersunk for the mounting screws so I needed to rectify that too. There are 9 parts for each assembly (left & right) with many holes for flanges to be riveted, almost all of the flanges cannot be assembled as one piece has 4mm holes whilst the corresponding flange has 3.2mm holes, I've emailed the factory for clarification.
