This morning I alodined the front floor ribs then tidied up the workshop, it was starting to get a little out of hand. I accelerated the drying of the alodined ribs with a fan then once dry, I primed their mating surfaces prior to riveting the rib sections together. I clecoed the ribs to the bottom skin for fitting of the sound proofing foam then did the same for the floor skin. I'll wait until the rudder pedal mounts are installed before sticking the foam to the floor skin outer sections.
Checking I have the ribs in the correct orientation
