After a ridiculously busy period of work, I was able to get back to the project today. With the much appreciated help of PGC, I installed the tip rib in the right wing. Quite a bit of flange fettling was required, particularly adjacent to the rear spar where the rib was about 4mm low over almost 250mm of it's length.
