This morning GAM & I leak checked the fuel tank then washed it down prior to priming the mating surfaces & installing. There was some squeeze out of the sealant used to assemble the tank that required trimming too. Installing the tank is quite a challenge in that it is such a tight fit, we were however able to use our experience from the left wing to pre-empt some issues. The mounting bolts were torqued to 60"lb. PGC called in to the workshop & between the 3 of us we were able to complete the riveting of the bottom of the wing & we turned it over so I will be able to complete the top tomorrow.
