I enjoyed today, between a few domestic chores, I was able to complete a few jobs on the project. My original alodine tank was too short to accommodate the longer wing ribs so I transferred the alodine solution to a new, longer tank kindly donated by PGC. Thank you. I then opened the mounting holes in the hinge brackets with a #11 drlll (almost all of this type of part has required these holes to be drilled to size), masked & primed the mating surfaces of the # 1, 4 & 6 ribs then alodined the parts for the # 8 & 9 ribs & the rear step ribs # 1 - 5.
