Decided to make the rudder bottom cap removable for ease of getting at the tail light wiring. Therefore instead of pop rivets I installed nutplates for #6 screws.Also made and installed an aluminum piece on the end to hold the tail light and strobe (copied from the piece in the RV14A kit).
