Brief Description: Tried sanding down and repainting top of L wing
Sanding down with a borrowed orbital sander with 800 grit paper worked well. Tried repainting the base coat. Some went on beautifully and some bubbled up. Maybe tried painting too soon after cleaning. Not sure. Have to talk to an expert.
