Clecoed the HS-810 and HS-814 angles to the front spar, Reamed the rivet holes and disassembled. Marked the angles, tapered the ends and made teh 6-degree bends in each end. Clecoed the spars back together. Marked the center holes for dimple / countersink / bolts as appropriate and match-drilled the outboard holes to #30. Disassembled the parts, deburred, dimpled and countersunk as indicated and reassembled the front spar.
