Squeezed RTV between the trailing edges of the stiffeners. Clecoed the counterbalance skin to the right elevator skin and set the four interior rivets. Clecoed the spar assembly into the skin and snugged the bolts thru the counterbalance weight. Riveted the skin to the spar and ribs.
