Labeled the elevator hinge brackets for position. Clecoed the brackets to the HS spar and reamed the rivet holes to #30. Clecoed and clamped the center bearing parts to the HS spar. Drilled the rivet holes to #30, Disassembled and deburred the parts. Scuffed, cleaned, primed and painted the center bearing flange. Clecoed the center bearing assembly back together and riveted. Clecoed the center bearing to the HS spar and reamed the holes to #12 for bolts.
