Clecoed and riveted the root ribs and tip rib assemblies to the elevator spars. Riveted the elevator horns to the spars assemblies. Riveted the right counterbalance skin to the main skin and clecoed the skeleton in place inside the skin. Riveted the right elevator skin to the skeleton.
