Clamped the aileron doubler plates to the rear spar and match-drilled the holes. Marked the aileron psuhrod exit hole on the doubler and trimmed it to match the spar. Clecoed the root doublers to the spar and reamed the holes. Took it all apart and de-burred the holes.
