Clecoed the inboard LE rib to the right spar. Positioned the joint-plate between the rib and the LE skin. Measured and clamped the parts in place and match-drilled the rivet holes. Set the tank back in place and match-drilled the tank-attach screw holes. Disassembled and de-burred the parts. Drilled, countersunk and dimpled the joint-plate for 8-32 nutplates. Primed the joint-plate and installed the nutplates. Clecoed the parts back together and riveted the joint-plate to the LE skin and inboard rib. Set the right tank back in place and installed the bolts and screws.
