Laid out the W-423 left leading edge joint plate. Fitted the joint plate between the left leading edge skin and the W-408 inboard leading edge rib. Clamped the rib and joint plate to the LE skin and back-drilled the rib flange thru the spar web. Match-drilled the joint plate and the rib thru the LE skin.
