Cleaned up the rudder stiffeners and smoothed the edges. Put a light punch mark on the left side stiffeners. Clecoed the stiffeners to the rudder skin and reamed all the holes. Took it all apart. Deburred the holes in the stiffeners and rudder skin. Scuffed the stiffeners and skin for primer.
